Application:
Application form with signature and company's stamp is to be faxed or mailed to Metallurgical Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade

For those who have applied online, application form still needs to be sent, but time of application would be decided by the time application is received. So application online may lead you to a priority on the selection of booth location.

Payment:
Reservation without 20% deposit will be treated as invalid, and the other 80% should be remitted to the account 3 months before (before July 31) the exhibition. 100% payment after application is also accepted.
Photocopy of invoice will be faxed to you first and original copy would be delivered on site.

4.Show Preview

In order to invite and organize professional visitors effectively, Chinese and English version "exhibition preview" will be sent to both Chinese and overseas visitors. The pamphlet includes names of exhibitors, booth number, exhibits profile, time of visit, bus routes, visiting procedures, etc. Information on other activities will also be included.

5.Official Catalogue

Official catalogue is an introduction of the products (or services) of the exhibitors. All exhibitors could make advertisement in the catalogue. Please refer to "Exhibitors' Manual" for the price of ads. The catalogue will be handed round on site to the exhibitors, and distributed at the registration desk to visitors.
